FAQs

  • No, you don't need a referral from your GP or a psychiatrist to schedule an appointment with our psychologists. Even if you have private health insurance that covers psychological counseling as part of your extras, you might be eligible for a partial rebate to help offset the appointment cost.

  • The duration of each individual therapy session is 45 minutes. The number of sessions required depends on your specific circumstances, which can be openly discussed with your psychologist. Following the initial exploratory session, your therapist will collaborate with you to determine an appropriate number of sessions needed to address the specific concern. This collaborative approach allows you to establish goals and work together towards achieving them.

Several factors can influence the duration of therapy, such as the nature of the issues you seek help for, your existing coping strategies, the support network available to you, and any previous counseling experiences you may have had.

  • Our counseling sessions are conveniently conducted online, allowing you the flexibility to connect with us from any location across the globe. This means you can have a session with us right from the comfort of your own home.

  • If you find yourself unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at your earliest convenience. Rescheduling your appointment is free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. However, in the event of a cancellation or a no-show after that timeframe, a €25 fee will be applicable.
